Nidhi Tripathi is an engineer, IIM Calcutta alumna, certified ESG professional, and Carbon Auditor with over 20 years of professional experience, including 9+ years of hands-on leadership in CSR, sustainability, and ESG integration across the NGO and corporate ecosystem. A serial entrepreneur and startup consultant, she has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, seamlessly combining business acumen with sustainability leadership.

As Director at Green Yatra, she has led the end-to-end implementation of India’s 2% CSR programs, working closely with communities across education, women empowerment, livelihoods, rural development, climate action, and environmental sustainability. She brings deep expertise in CSR governance, compliance, partner due diligence, impact measurement, and ESG-aligned reporting.

Her work spans sustainability and climate integration, including carbon reduction initiatives, nature-based solutions, waste and water programs, and GHG accounting exposure aligned with ISO 14064. She has also contributed to select global platforms, including UNESCO’s Greening Education Partnership.
