Fondly known as the “Forest Man of the Concrete Jungle”
Pradeep TREEpathi is a nationally recognised environmental leader, ecological strategist, and sustainability practitioner with over 18 years of experience in designing and delivering large-scale, science-driven Nature-based Solutions across India. He has received widespread recognition from international agencies, national institutions, and government bodies for pioneering work in urban ecological restoration, including the development of many Urban India’s largest Miyawaki forests, restoration of landfill sites and debris yards, native biodiversity parks, and revival of degraded water bodies—often transforming some of the country’s most neglected and difficult lands into thriving ecosystems.
